Mount Street Mortgage Servicing Limited, Mount Street Hibernia Servicing Limited, Mount Street Portfolio Advisers GmbH and Mount Street Servicing GmbH are registered to hold debt collection licences under The Law on Extrajudicial Legal Services Act of 12 December 2007 (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz – RDG) as amended by Article 6 of the Act of 12 May 2017 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1121).

Mount Street Portfolio Advisers GmbH (“MSPA”) has permissions from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) to provide Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, Investment Brokerage, Placement and Contract Brokerage services. The UK branch of MSPA is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
MSPA has been assigned to the Entschädigungseinrichtung der Wertpapierhandelsunternehmen, a German securities related compensation scheme and the activities of the UK branch of MSPA are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
